Warehouse receiving
Lots are created when cargo is physically received and measured. Pre-advice tells the warehouse what is coming; it is not a receipt.

Logistics operating system
Shipoo is the working system for receiving cargo, planning loads, tracking documents, verifying deposits, and releasing lots. It is not a public AIS map or a live rate exchange.
Operations
Staff work the warehouse and finance desks. Clients see their own lots, invoices, and wallet — not the whole organization.
Lots are created when cargo is physically received and measured. Pre-advice tells the warehouse what is coming; it is not a receipt.
Operations publish loading plans for client approval, book containers, and keep packing lists, receipts, and clearance files on the lot.
Clients report bank deposits against a published receiving account. Credit posts only after finance verifies. Release waits on offload and paid invoices.
Sequence
Wallet credits are not spendable until finance verifies the bank transfer. AI does not approve payments or release cargo.
Clients
Clients pre-advise cargo, review lots and documents, report deposits into the correct receiving account, and open tickets. Companies can create a portal login; operations still review KYC before treating the account as verified.
Need access?
Create a client account, then complete company KYC in the portal. Staff logins are still issued by an administrator.
